Cinnamon Vanilla Hydromel

Recipe

Primary

• 4 cups water

• 4.2 ounces OB honey

• 2 tbsp dried pea blossoms

• Projected ABV: 4.99%

Secondary

Haven't sorted exact amounts yet but the plan is to add vanilla and cinnamon in secondary.

• OG 1.038

• Target FG 1.000

Nutrients

• Fermaid O: 1g

• Fermaid K: 0.5g

• DAP: 0.25g

Process

• Bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil, then turn heat to low.

• Remove from heat, measure out 4 cups, then add butterfly pea blossoms.

• Steep until it cools.

• Strain or run through a loose filter when done to remove flowers.

• Mix with honey and pitch.
