The wedding size has shrunk down quite a bit over COVID concerns, and the amount of mead I'm expecting I'll end up bringing at this point along with it. So I bottled up a case each of the wedding meads, then blended the remaining amounts together, because I tried it on a whim and really liked it.

Heartbound came out heavy on the ginger, and the strawberries almost completely took over the Wedding Dragon's Blood, so this is predominantly a strawberry ginger mead.

It gave me just over 3 gallons (beyond the carboy, I collected about half a liquor handle, and probably could have made it a full handle if I'd kept all the runoffs from filtering).

This blend also passed the mother-in-law test, so that's a good sign!
